Global Home conducts fire safety awareness campaigns at Riva Park apartment complex.
On April 8th, the District 4 Fire Prevention and Control Police Department, in coordination with the Riva Park apartment building management board (Global Home Management Joint Stock Company) and the investor Vietcomreal, organized a self-practice fire fighting drill combined with a fire safety awareness campaign for residents and all security personnel and building management staff.
Unlike previous events with low resident participation, since the Carina apartment building fire, the majority of residents have shown increased vigilance and enthusiastic participation.
During the awareness session, the District 4 Fire Prevention and Control Police Department provided an overview of fire and explosion incidents and analyzed the causes of several fires in Ho Chi Minh City in general and apartment building fires in particular in recent times. They also clearly outlined the responsibilities of the investor, the building management board, and homeowners in ensuring fire safety.
Specifically, the District 4 Fire Prevention and Control Police Department instructed residents on measures to ensure safety in managing and using electricity, arranging goods and materials to ensure escape routes, and providing guidance on safe gas usage.
Simultaneously, they provided guidance on escape skills in case of emergencies, such as in high-rise buildings and crowded areas; and on the operation of on-site fire extinguishing equipment… aiming to warn residents about the dangers and consequences of fires and explosions, some possible causes, and preventative measures.
Through this awareness campaign, all residents in the Riva Park apartment complex have become aware of the significance and importance of fire prevention and control. This is a regular activity aimed at proactively preventing and raising awareness of fire safety, contributing practically to protecting the lives and property of residents as well as ensuring social security and order in the residential area of District 4.
Notably, Global Home recently signed a nationwide cooperation agreement with Bao Minh Insurance Company in accordance with Decree 23/2018/ND-CP.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors/General Director of Global Home Management Company, signed a cooperation agreement with Mr. Tran Nam Thanh - Director of Project Insurance Department, Bao Minh Insurance Corporation.
It is known that after the recent Carina apartment fire, many residents are interested in purchasing fire insurance for common areas of the apartment complex and private areas within their apartments. Many apartment owners want to purchase individual apartment insurance, but many insurance companies are hesitant to sell it due to low premiums and limited interest from apartment owners.
Understanding the practical needs of many residents, GLOBAL HOME has held numerous meetings with the Board of Directors of Bao Minh Insurance Company to reach an agreement on a strategic cooperation agreement across all of GLOBAL HOME's projects nationwide. This aims to provide practical value and help residents minimize risks and live peacefully in apartment buildings.
GLOBAL HOME has been provided with simple forms by Bao Minh Insurance Company to help residents easily understand and decide to sign a contract to purchase insurance for their individual apartment units. The implementation is expected to begin on April 15, 2018, when Decree 23/2018/ND-CP comes into effect.
